Retail Leasing Manager - HK & Macau (Luxury Retail; 5day; HK$55K-$62K negotiable) 

Our client is a large retail group, who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Retail Leasing Manager position:

Job Duties:

• Plan and implement end-to-end leasing strategy and yearly business plan for Hong Kong and Macau  
• Search, identify and recommend potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment
• Responsible for overall all leasing functions, including reviewing lease agreements, leasing strategy, negotiating rental price etc.;
• Assist in retail leasing, store opening, renovation and maintenance issues
• Build and maintain a good relationship with landlords, developers, agents and external contractors.
• Prepare P&L analysis and feasibility study for comprehensive review of new site, renewal and relocation;

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or any related discipline
• 6-8 years’ solid experience in handling retail leasing and property management 
• Good business network with landlords/mall management 
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as well as good negotiation and interpersonal skills
