 How’s the position’s daily work:

• Provide project administrative support to Project Team.
• Maintain good filing system for each project.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and execution.
• Responsible for the coordination of samples, materials and drawing submission. 
• Support any ad hoc duties assigned by manager.

 Target ideal candidate should possess:

• Associate degree or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years working experience  
• Cheerful, well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good communication skills
• Good at MS office
• Good command of English and Cantonese (verbal & written)

 Nice to have:

• 3 years or above working experience
• Experience in any construction industry
• Good command of Mandarin
