Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties including clients, sub-contractors and suppliers for all key aspects of the project matters and work schedule
• Assist in project documents submission including but not limited to progress reports for project team and client’s record, material submission, technical drawings etc
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related field
• Good PC knowledge and skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Willing to learn and work independently with initiative
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 
• The offered position will be subject to the qualifications and relevant working experience of shortlisted candidates

Working hours:0900-1800 (Monday to Friday)
Expected working location: Shatin Shek Mun Head Office or contruction site in Tin Shui Wai / Tseung Kwan O / Airport / other districts
