Job Description
A. Job Tasks - Prepare full sets of CAD drawings but not limited to the following:
- Perform on-site measurement
- Communicate and record clients' requirements
- Produce full sets of drawings including layout plans, elevations & detailed furniture...etc.
- Source materials & ask for quotations and samples from suppliers
- Prepare quotations for management review
- Prepare mood boards, sample boards and powerpoint presentation
- Follow up on all design changes requests
- Verify on-site works and quantity regularly to match with original design or tender requirement.
B. Personality - Be punctual, mature & able to work under pressure
C. Experience - 2-3 years’ Solid experience in interior design with capability of producing CAD drawings including furniture.
