The Job:

• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection. Develop conceptual ideas narratives and mood board
• Handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Handle project documents & drawing and prepare reports to the Client
• Manage daily site activities and monitor quality and progress of works 

Requirements:

• More than 5 years solid experience in Retail, Office or F&B interior design coordination.
• Liaising with the Clients and landlords to understand all Client’s requirement.
• Checking on the design and tender drawings of the designer to ensure all Client’s requirement are fully incorporated.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing , scheduling, budgeting with the Clients and consultants.
• Experience in managing between design, drawings, materials of the fitting out works processing.
• Supervise interior fit-out projects from beginning to completion in order to meet deadlines, qualities and budget.
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Competent in Autocad, Microsoft office and Powerpoint.
