Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle alternation, addition and maintenance project from inception to final completion including preparing proposal, project planning, negotiation with clients and contractors, design and contract administration
- Perform project planning including building fabric for the designated projects inside and outside our managed portfolio of residential, industrial, commercial and composite premises
- Hold project meetings with clients and contractors independently and prepare maintenance schedules for building fabric and installations other than E & M nature
- Conduct regular inspection to the firm’s managed portfolio of properties
- Monitoring the alternation & addition works and maintenance projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in consulting or property management
- Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in written or spoken English and Chinese
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel etc.
