The Job:

As a member of our professional Broadcast Operations & Engineering team, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of our local and overseas broadcasting projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Collect client requirements
• Manage project timeline and budget control
• Assist in system evaluation, commissioning and testing.
• Customize operations workflows for clients
• Deliver operational training and guidelines to clients
• Prepare operational documentations
• Build and manage an operation team in line with client needs

The Person:

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years solid broadcast operations experience, and at least 5 years in supervision/managerial level
• Familiar with TV broadcast system, includes broadcast automation, transmission chain, live encoding and file base encoding/transcoding
• PMP certificate or equivalent preferred
• Excellent leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
• Strong report writing and documentation skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Overseas travel is required
