Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior E&M Manager in monitoring site activities and liaise with different stakeholders including consultants, contractors as well as project teams throughout the whole project
- Prepare tender drawings and documents for E&M Trade
- Coordinate with site staff and contractor to verify the workmanship of installation and work in accordance with the approved drawings from Architect and Engineer
- Monitor the E&M contractors to ensure their full compliance with the contract documents
- Organize and arrange witnessing tests of E&M installations with contractors
- Attend site meetings in a professional manner
- Maintain an effective documentation with up-to-date design drawings, documents, contractors’ submission
- Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or Equivalent
- 5-8 years' related experience as Building Services Engineer or related positions for residential project preferably with BS consultancy firm
- Corporate member of HKIE/DIBSE or equivalent will be an advantage
- Must be a good team player, independent and able to work well under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
