Job Description
As a part of the programme, you will work as a core member in one of the following streams, which enables you to develop a career path according to your strength and qualifications.
Operations Management Trainee (Ref# OMT2022)
As an Operations Management Trainee, you will engage in job rotations to familiarize with requirements in all rounded operations management functions. Under the guidance of line managers, you will obtain professional knowledge for meeting operations requirements for wide range of customers in commercial industries, such as Aviation & Logistics, Property, Schools, Retail and Data Centres etc.
Sales Management Trainee (Ref#SMT2022)
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will establish all rounded knowledge in sales and marketing functions, such as handling customer enquiries, maintaining customer relationships and preparing proposals for potential customers and contract renewals. You will also work with your Account Manager to develop strategic planning for approaching potential customers in target segments for driving continuous business growth via conducting in-depth market analysis.
Engineer Trainee* (REF#ENT2022)
As an Engineer Trainee, you will gain practical experience in ELV Systems (e.g., CCTV System, Security Alarm System, Access Control System, etc.) and maintenance works comprising of systems design, tender preparation, project administration, execution of maintenance duties (breakdown calls) for designated clients, handling of technical supports and provision of testing , commissioning and completion documentation under the supervisor’s guidance.
* Candidates applying for Engineer Trainee should possess a degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline; Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer
Qualifications:
- Degree holder or above or equivalent education qualification
- Mature, independent with good communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to overcome challenges
- Good knowledge in computer applications
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
