Job Description

 Responsibilities :

• Prepare preliminary design concepts that are functional
• Strong Design sensibility, collaborate with design director and team to deliver of Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Workplace Projects
• Develop strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and
• Ability to think independently, knowledge on all stages of Interior Design projects from concept through to completion
• Lead, monitor and mentor junior team members within the design team
• Coordinate with client and consultants
• Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project
• Experience in Design Documentation from design package and technical drawings for ID projects
• Understand the project process, specification and documentation of furniture, furnishings, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product description
• Ability to work within a well- integrated team of creative people
• Self-motivated, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Interior Design or related discipline
• Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape, Photoshop, MS Office
• Depends on candidate’s relevant experience. Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Interior Designer.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (ESP. Mandarin)
• Proactive and responsible with sense of ownership
• Good interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Willing to work overtime
