From this well-developed apprenticeship training programme, apprentices can accumulate work experience and continue their studies in a systematic, regulated and supported manner, receive company funding, study Diploma / Higher Diploma engineering courses for free, and take classes during working hours;
透過完善學徒訓練計劃，學徒可在有系統、有規管及有支援的情況下累積工作經驗及繼續學業 獲公司資助，免費修讀文憑／高級文憑工程課程，並可於工作時間內上課；

Works include assisting in supervising, managing and coordinating project tasks;
工作範圍包括協助監督、管理、協調工程施工；

Completion of the entire apprenticeship will be awarded  a widely recognized Apprenticeship Graduation Certificate with relevant academic and professional qualifications / licenses;
完成整個學徒訓練可獲頒具廣泛認受的學徒畢業證書及擁有相關學歷和專業資格/牌照；
