- 負責日常保養及維修工作，包括中央冷氣系統、電力、供排水、消防或弱電操作等
- 3年或以上相關經驗
- 經驗較高者，將考慮為高級技術員
- 須持有有效電工A牌
- 持有駕駛執照，將獲優先考慮
- 工作時間: 每週工作六天，每天9小時
