We are looking for Project team members who is specialized in Luxury Retail shop / Hotel/ Office fitting out projects:

1) Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager for High-end Office project

2) Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager for Developer's fitting out project

3) Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator for various Fitting out project

4) Site Supervisor for various Fitting out projects

 Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years Project Management experience in Contractor, ideally in Fitting out contractor or design and build contractor for Retail project
• Either being strong in Documentation and Submission, or strong in Site technical problem solving are also welcome
• Being project in-charge, manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Coordinator
• Good communication skills and coordination skills
• Knowledge on AutoCAD, and Ms Project is a bonus
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
