Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, replacement, fault and emergency call for engineering works with building system plants, system and equipment
- Co-ordinate and liaise with consultants and contractors for execution of the associated engineering works and A&A works
- Monitor work progress and site safety in compliance with the contractual and statutory requirements
Requirement:
- Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or above
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Construction field; experience in Operation Maintenance works is an advantage
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS word, Excel and Project
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Engineer
