Our client is a property developer in Hong Kong, and is looking for a Building Services Manager to join them for their upcoming luxurious residential new build projects.

Personal Qualifications:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering Management / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Qualified member of a professional institution e.g. HKIE or CEng in related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 6 years of building services project management experiences in residential  projects
• Experienced in overseas residential projects is definitely an advantage
• All round full project cycle from design, planning to T&C experiences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
