Job Description
Requirements;
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years construction experience with at least 1 year in related Metal Works and Aluminum Works in highly preferred
- Effectively Bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing
- Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities;
- Assist Project Manager in preparation of project document, in-house coordination between department and site team
- Work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major project
- Coordinate project schedules and activities, placing order for supplies and services, tracking progress and results
- Handle ad hoc project as directed by Project Manager and department head
