Our client is a well-known specialist contractor with an established presence in Hong Kong and internationally.

The Head of Projects is looking to hire a project manager with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to lead their facade projects in Hong Kong and China.

The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.

Key Duties:

• Plan, manage and control entire facade projects
• Take ownership of entire project lifecycles
• Hold regular team meetings to ensure smooth running of projects within a tight timeframe
• Determine and manage risks that may affect project progress
• Manage project teams as well as relationships with various stakeholders
• Manage project budget

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in relevant discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in facade projects (interiors and retail) OR a candidate with general fit out project work experience seeking a change
• Must have experience working on retail projects
• Fluency in Mandarin is preferable
