Senior Project Manager - Building & Construction)

Our client is a large construction technology company (Sub contractor) with company in Hong Kong and factories based in China, they are now looking for a Senior Project Managerfocus on all new build projects.

Job Description:

• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Responsible for Monitoring and follow site progress.
• Coordinate and inspection of all trade sequences of works.
• Quality, setting out, workmanship checking according to specification.
• Supervise direct labours for site and safety works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil, Structural Engineering or other construction related subject
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial grade in construction field for Project manager
• Facade experience highly preferred
• Candidate with HK Housing Authority projects experience is highly preferred
• Stable, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Lesser experienced candidates will also be considered
