Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
  • Work on a broad range of green building assessment tools including BEAM Plus, LEED and WELL etc.
  • Perform technical calculation and prepare project report
  • Conduct energy-cum-carbon audit
  • Research in green building related technology
  • Plan and implement stakeholder engagement activities
  • Perform ad-hoc task as assigned by team head
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Built Environment, Environmental Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in green building and/or energy-cum-carbon consultancy service
  • Good report writing and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Well-organised with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently
  • A good team player
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of Officer
