Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of building works;
- Carry out cost/budget estimate for projects/potential projects
- Carry out value engineering exercise in the course of project development
- Monitor tendering procedure and comment on tender reports
- Evaluate variation works, payments and final accounts;
- Execute the conditions of main contracts and sub-contracts;
- Liaise with project teams and consultants for the preparation and signing of contract documents;
- Liaise with project teams, consultants and contractors regarding all QS issues.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Corporate or probationary member of HKIS / RICS (QS division) is preferable;
- 3-5 years’ related experience, preferably gained from Property Developer, Consultant or Contractor;
- Proficient in English and Cantonese;
- Self-motivated with initiative and confident;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
