Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general accounting duties including billing, payments, bank reconciliation, petty cash, expenses claims, payroll processing, MPF and annual tax return;
• Responsible for full set of accounts and daily clerical work such as data entry, filing, preparing vouchers, general ledgers and monthly reports;
• Perform data entry with excellent accuracy, maintain files and records in a neat and organized manner;
• Well organized with strong sense of team spirit & responsibility, self initiative and excellent interpersonal skill;
• To handle all company daily administration work and clerical support and outdoor work, good PC knowledge, and strong infuse of MS Excel;
• Assist in the banking matters and finance related matters from time to time;
• Assist other ad hoc tasks as assigned;

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or graduated with relevant academic qualifications;
• Around 3-5 year of accounting experience, full-set bookkeeping with experience in Interior & Construction industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software PeachTree;
• Mature, proactive, independent, detail-oriented and stable;
• Must be flexible on working days according to the needs;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in speaking & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

Hourly rate: $65-70/hr, depends on experience
Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 to 6:00 pm (one of which must be full day)
