We welcome an attentive and well-organized candidate for the position of Project Manager.  This requires interacting with clients from prestigious international luxury brands and provides international project exposure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high end luxury retail projects
• Responsible for overall management of assigned projects; including tasks assignment, schedule setting, progress control, quality cost control and customer relationship
• Liaise with factory on joinery details
• Attend regular site meeting and organize work priority
• Coordination with third parties including contractors, engineers, designers, technicians and operators

 Requirements:

• Relevant Degrees / Diploma in Architecture / Building Construction or Interior Design or equivalent with minimum 7 years experience in high end retail construction  / fitting out is preferred;
• At least 2 years experience in managerial level;
• Strong technical background and site experience;
• Experience in managing between construction drawings, materials and fitting out works;
• Good communication and sound relationship with various parties including clients, partners and subcontractors;
• Capable to work with factories;
• Established history of working relationship with reliable contracts of factories, contractors and trades;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD.;
• Candidate with China Project experience is highly preferred;
• Some travel to mainland China, Macau & Overseas;
• Less qualification / experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
