Responsibilities:

We are recruiting a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (E&M), who is responsible for Building Services Project Management, Contract documentation, Site Management & Execution for the residential and office portfolio in Hong Kong.  This M&E manager needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality. 

Requirements:

• A recognized professional degree in mechanical/electrical or building services engineering
• Minimum 10  years’ experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the new build projects in HK
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
