Job Descriptions:

• Site measurement and payment application
• Material and equipment measurement and order preparation
• Checking subcontractor's payment
• Estimation of works
• Coordination work with subcontractors, consultants, clients etc.
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required

 Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying for civil engineering works 
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and could work independently
• Candidate with a driving license is an advantage
