Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all rounded management of fitting out work or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department head
• Lead a project team and manage subordinates to complete the tasks effectively
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders and keep closely monitor and control of the cost, time & job quality
• Monitor the performance of the projects, contractors, and resolve daily problems arising through the project cycle
• Review design and specification
• Estimate budget for implementation
• Monitor the licensing matters of restaurant and food factory

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Construction Management / Building Services / Building Studies
• 8-year experience in project management with supervisory skill is an advantage
• Knowledge in licensing and building regulation is advantage
• Strong sense in project planning & data analytics
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Computer knowledge e.g. AutoCAD, Excel & Word (Chinese & English typing).
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
