The Job:

• Providing professional architectural design support for feasibility study, with an aim to maximize the potential of the proposed land sites / developments
• Managing architectural design progress, ensuring the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards;
• Assist in F&B fitting out and licensing
• Prepare, check and update working drawings, survey plans and schedules, submission and presentation of drawings;
• Be responsible for the issue and receipt of drawings and to maintain a proper record of such; 
• Conduct construction site meeting and inspection with the Contractors
• Assist in tender submission and contract administration
• Assist in handling the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2-year relevant working experience, including F&B fitting out and licensing experience
• Be conversant with planning , design, project management and building regulations;
• Self-motivated, adaptable to a fast paced environment and with proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
