Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the implementation of construction planning, program, and workmanship
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure construction progress, quality, budget and time
- Lead the construction team and monitor the contractors and construction activities to comply with company requirement and standard, including implementation of safety and control measures
Requirement :
- Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering/ Construction Management or related disciplines
- MCIOB / MHKICM or related professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in large-scale residential construction projects
- Conversant with local government regulations
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
