Officer / Senior Officer, Project

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance and fitting-out projects
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of work
• To handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• Ability to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines
• Any other works as directed by Property Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering and/or Building Surveying / Property Management  / or equivalent
• Register Electrical Worker License A (or B which is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies in property maintenance or related field
• Responsible for the day-to-day repair & maintenance of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial, retail properties
• Experience in handling A&A works, E&M installation and interior fitting-out projects including design, preparation of tender document and contract administration
• Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skills
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations (i.e. Minor Works System)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Immediate available is preferred
