Job Requirement:

• Degree in Architecture/Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Registered Architect is a must
• Minimum 8 years working experience gained in developer(s)
• Proactive and responsible with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good technical knowledge and problem solving ability
• Familiar with programme establishment, method statement and building design
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
