Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of local BD regulations, statutory submission and familiarity with fitting-out works/design & build would be advantage.
• Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation.
• Report / monitor progress and resolve project-related issues.

• Diploma or above in building / civil / building services related discipline.
• At least 3 years of solid project coordination experience.
• Reliable and professional with good interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks independently. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.
