What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and explore business opportunities through innovative technologies for the construction industry
• Propose specific solutions and services to meet client's expectation and construction project requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with the government departments, consultants and contractors for civil and building projects
• Assist the management to develop and implement the strategic business development plan including direct sales, distribution channels, alliance and partnership

We would like to have:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 year experience in sales and account servicing 
• Excellent pitching, presentation skills and business sense
• Strong desire to understand client's needs and create the demand
• Being open-minded and a fast learner to quickly adopt the company's technology, business related knowledge and the changing technology trend
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
