Job Description

• Design concept implementation and presentation for Commercial and Retail Projects;
• Handle full set of tender and construction drawings and specifications;
• Senior is expected to Lead and work with Designers, Assistant Designers and other stakeholders for the proper execution of project design and documentation;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project team, clients and contractors.

• Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture or relevant exposures with 6 years or above of experience as SID; 3+ years as ID and 1+ years as AID.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. 
• Knowledge in 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, AI and MS Applications is a plus;
• Passion for innovative and creative design;
• Excellent design concept and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Tender Package organizations;
• Team-player who is independent, self-motivated, organized and responsible with leadership and good communication skills in English and Chinese.
