Responsibilities:

• reporting to the New Product Development Manager,
• responsible for designing products and components with the consideration on cost, production feasibility and quality,
• responsible for developing products with 3D drawing software, Pro/Engineer Wildfire 5.0 or above,
• design sophisticated fixture for assembly and testing,
• tackling technical problems throughout the project, you will need to come up solutions within reasonable time frame, control product BOM cost.
• to be involved in continuous improvement projects to drive for cost reduction.
• travel to China is required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder / Higher diploma holder in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Familiar with Computer drawing software on Pro-E and mold flow analysis
• At least 3 to 5 years experience on product development prefer in manufacturing industrial such as toys, home product, gift, consumer products etc
• Familiar with Project management skill on time control, problem solving
• Familiar with production process for silicon, plastic or metal
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Based in HK and require travel to China frequently
