Job Requirement:

• Degree or above in Architecture or equivalent
• Project experience in China is a must
• Minimum 10 years working experience preferably with property developers
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
• Good technical knowledge and problem solving ability
• Familiar with programme establishment, method statement and building design
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Frequent travel to PRC

Responsibilities

• Manage/ oversee the projects from development to completion stages
• Deliver up-scale products by providing professional project management service
• Overseeing projects operations with focus on ensuring compliance with PRC legislations and internal control
• Monitor the workflows project documentations including specifications, tender documents, progress and cost reports, etc
• Manage overall project timeline, contract and cost, construction and handover procedures
• Responsible for the whole design process and to manage related parties to ensure design documents and studies are delivered and government submissions made on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
• Manage contractors to control progress and to ascertain the full compliance with required standard of workmanship and specifications
