Job Description
Requirements;
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 10years experience Quantity Surveyor (Building Works)
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of current construction market
- Good comment of written and spoken English and Chinese
Responsibilities;
- Lead the QS team to provide quantity surveying services for cost monitoring / control, procurement and contract administration
- Conduct contract cost control on all project
- Monitor post contract administration including checking of payment valuation and cost estimates of variation works
- Conduct retting of final accounts
- Conduct pre-contract and post-contract stage ( tender analysis and bidding, variation, cost estimation, subletting, cash flow monitoring)
