Job Description
- Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Building Services or Technical School Graduate
- Minimum 6 years solid experiences in corporate offices design. For Assistant Project Manager, minimum 3 years of experience in corporate interior design field is preferred
- Responsible for project management includes programming, cost & quality control, site management and contract documentation
- Ability to work independently and keep good reporting and documentation work
- Strong problem solving & analytical ability. Must be organized, committed, self-motivated and hard working with good attitude and team spirit
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project is a plus
- Fluent in spoken & written of both English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
- Professional Safety Certificate is a plus
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
