Responsibilities:

• Closely coordinate with sales team to develop effective schedule for sales orders
• Allocate and maximize on-site manpower & resources to ensure smooth fulfilment of every sales order
• Manage and review the daily schedule of each operator
• Prepare and purchase all necessary materials and equipment for service teams before the site work
• Develop and implement effective plans/ways of managing equipment allocation schedule
• Work together with relative internal teams on inventory management of equipment
• Ensure the readiness of relevant insurance coverage, document and certification for every sales order
• Carry out on-site safety inspection as when necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 2 - 5 years of related working experience
• Experience in site management will be a PLUS
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, positive and reliable
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical, well organized, detailed-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Holder of Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card 平安卡), Construction Workers Registration Card (工人註冊證) and Certificate for Operation of Suspended Working Platform (吊船牌) will be an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
