Requirements:
- Residential Design
- Create and develop a design concept.
- Site measurement and management.
- Prepare a proposal with reference photos.
- Prepare a zoning proposal and layout plan.
- Full set 3D design drawings.
- Full set of technical drawings.
- Prepare loose furniture proposal for customers.
- Prepare material sample boards.
- Handle a meeting with clients.
Requirements:
- School Certificate or above
- 3 years of experience within interior design industry
- Proficient in Autocad, SketchUp , V-Ray, Photoshop, Enscape Rendering,
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint & Chinese Typing.
- Good team player with mature working attitude, stable and organized.
- Willing to work under pressure, overtime and able to work independently.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
