Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the project team members to plan for minor civil works in heavy industrial plant;
• Monitor and control of project performance against budget, schedule, safety and quality;
• Prepare contract submission e.g. working program, method statement, material submission and progress report etc.;
• Review construction method & sequence periodically, resolve site constraint and problems, manage and coordinate contractor design;
• Evaluate and manage subcontractors/suppliers’ quotations and payments;
• Identify and follow up on contractual disputes and variation orders.

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in Civil discipline or equivalent;
• At least 8 years of relevant working experiences in foundation / civil   projects
• Strong leadership skill, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill;
• Less experience will be considered as Sub Agent
