We are an established interior design & construction company, which is currently expanding in both Hong Kong and the Greater China. To cater for its rapid development, we are now looking for high caliber professional to join our Design Team.

Interior Designer / Assistant Interior Designer

Responsibilities: 

•          Responsible for handling design and project development of design & built projects from concept stage to construction completion
•          Handle full set of design presentation(i.e. space planning, conceptual design, sketching, material board and colour perspective drawings
•          Site coordination with clients, contractors and sub-contractors
•          Good knowledge on building material product.
•          Proficiency in communication and STRONG PRESENTATION SKILLS
•          Technical drawings with practical details in construction and quotation preparation is in advantage
•          Creative, independent, self-motivated, responsible and good team player 

Requirements: 

•          Degree or Higher Diploma in interior design or related disciplines
•          At least 8 years or above of working experience in interior design and fitting-out of shopping mall, residential, commercial projects etc.
•          Creative, independent, self-motivated, good team player
•          Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a definite advantage (project in China)
•          Proficient in AutoCAD & Sketch up, freehand perspectives and sketching is a MUST.
•          Strong presentation skill to due with client
•          Immediately available is preferred

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer
