Responsibilities :

• Lead and provide comprehensive and administrative support to the Director;
• Provide operation support / research analysis to Business Development team;
• Assist Director and the team for any real estate business development related reports and ad hoc projects;
• Handle administrative tasks and acquisition activities relating to the Group’s property development / investment portfolio;
• Departmental documentation archive management;
• Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned independently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, business administration / customer services related discipline will be an advantage;
• Organized and able to communicate effectively to all personnel;
• Very high integrity, self-motivated, well-organized and good interpersonal skill;
• Able to deal with multi-cultural environment;
• Good ethics, mature, proactive, meticulous and professional;
• Attention to details, fast pace, strong communication and organizations skills are must;
• Good command in MS applications or other related tools;
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Willing to travel to PRC and SEA; if required
