Job Description
Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of local BD regulations, statutory submission and familiarity with fitting-out works/design & build is preferred
- Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Report progress and resolve project-related issues
- Plan, prepare, organize and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Fitting-Out works / Building or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
