Job Description
- Responsible to the project coordination for Architectural Builder’s Works and Finishes (ABWF) Works including works inspection, material submission, technical drawings and schedule, etc.
- Responsible for coordination works on site, material delivery arrangement, reporting preparing and submission.
- Assist Site Agents to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems
- Manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare progress reports for project team and client’s record
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignment
- Diploma/High Diploma/Degree in Building Studies / Building Engineering /Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction with 2 years holding a position as Assistant Project Coordinator or above
- Mature, interactive, well organized and self-motivated, and are able to work independently
- Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and deadline
- Willing to learn and attention to details
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project and knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
- Immediately available is preferred
