Responsibilities :

• Responsible for general contract administration, measurement works.
• Provide support to Commercial Manager for tendering.
• Prepare monthly Interim payment to client and make payment to sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage cost control proactively report to Commercial Manager. Settlement of final account including, but not limited to, original scope of works, variations & claims.

Requirement :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (fresh Graduate will be also considered).
• Working experience in construction field appreciated.
• Have strong sense of figure and good at data analysis
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit
• Good English Reading skills.
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Immediate availability preferred
