Job Description
Our Clients, including leading Fitting out Contractor, Registered General Building Contractor, are looking for Project Management Talent for their sizable Fitting out (Luxury Retail / Corporate Office / Hotel ) or A&A projects in HK
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years Project Management experience in Contractor, ideally in Fitting out contractor, RGBC or design and build contractor
- Either being strong in Documentation and Submission, or strong in Site technical problem solving are also welcome
- Being the team lead of project team, as a project's in-charge, manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
- Good leadership, communication skills and coordination skills
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Manager
