- Engage internal stakeholders and directly liaise with on-site operation teams to communicate and implement energy savings opportunities
- Create SOW for ad-hoc projects related to energy savings opportunities identified
- Carry out on-site coordination and supervision with the nominated contractors to ensure the project delivery on budget, in time and fulfilling the requirement
- Prepare the related project document
- Prepare reports generated from any available platforms for energy savings opportunities
- Prepare energy reports to be published weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis
- Assist in the installation of measurement tools or technology of energy Proof of Concept project
- Conduct the survey, on-site T&C and measurement
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Building Services, Energy, or related engineering field
- In-depth knowledge of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical Power Systems
- Proven hands-on experience in related equipment to Energy, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- At least 2 years of experience managing projects related to Energy or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Familiar with any building management system
- Effective communicator, able to develop a strong partnership with operation team and retail store managers
- High level of English ability
- Passion for Energy Engineering and site work
- Ability to work to deadline
- Can do attitude, team orientated
