Job Description
Our client is a HK private property developer and they are now seeking for Assistant Project Manager - QS.

- Manage pre-contract and post-contract QS scope, such as cost estimation, tendering & award, contract administration, claims, cost control, procurement, final accounts etc.
- Formulate the costing and design budget and be responsible for cost control
- Supervise the preparation of the interim payment application and certification process with client and to review suppliers and sub-contractors
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying with qualification in HKIS or RICS
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property developers, consultants or contractors
- Able to work under pressure and tide deadline
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
