Job Description
Our client is a boutique developer with existing portfolios in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for a Project Manager to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management
- Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor fitting out projects for luxury residential and shrowroom projects
- Station in Hong Kong
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Architecture/Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management / E&M or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects, previous exposure in residential fitting out
- Familiar with managing fitting out contractors
- Candidates from Developer/Contractor/Consultancy are welcome
