Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Engineer to monitor a maintenance team of a sizable private residential estate
• Monitor the in-house and out-sourced workers to deliver a high-standard property management service to the residents
• Monitor in property maintenance, building improvement, repair/ renovation works and defect rectification works
• Assist in planning, sourcing, procurement and contract administration of E&M / builders’ works
• Draft maintenance reports, incident reports, meeting minutes, quotation, tender documents, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / ASc or above in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in property maintenance
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is an advantage
• Possessing sound knowledge of building services requirements and statutory regulations

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Independent, well-organized and detail-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
