Our client is a top developer and they are setting up a new Prject Team to identify the development & investment potential in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market & planning research, feasibility studies to identify and evaluate investment potential
• Provide strategic advice on submission of planning applications, formulation of Master Layout Plan and technical assessments and fulfilment of planning conditions
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and Government departments regarding planning and development matters
• Conduct regular reviews on the latest town planning legislation and guidelines and identify implications of planning approvals and approval conditions on the existing and potential projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Town Planning / Urban Design or equivalent
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) or the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or equivalent is preferable
• Familiar with statutory planning system in Hong Kong
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
